These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the House of AI website (houseofai.in) and the DictFlow application ("App"), operated by House of AI ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing our website or using DictFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

House of AI Website

Our website provides information about our products and allows you to download the DictFlow app.

DictFlow App

DictFlow is an AI-powered voice keyboard for Android that converts speech to text and provides AI-assisted text formatting, translation, and other features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DictFlow. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.

3. License and Use

Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DictFlow for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to bypass any security features
  • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App in unauthorized ways

4. Subscription and Pricing

Free Beta Period

DictFlow is currently free during the beta period. This may change at any time with reasonable notice.

Future Pricing

When paid subscriptions are introduced:

  • Subscription fees will be clearly displayed before purchase
  • Payments will be processed through Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime through Google Play Store settings
  • Refunds are subject to Google Play Store policies

5. AI Features and Third-Party Services

AI Processing

DictFlow uses AI services to provide features like text formatting, translation, and summarization. When you use these features:

  • Your text is sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google) for processing
  • We do not store your text on our servers
  • Third-party providers may process data according to their own privacy policies

Voice Recognition

  • Basic voice recognition is processed on your device
  • Voice audio is not stored or transmitted to our servers

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all text you create using DictFlow. We do not claim any rights to your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in DictFlow and the House of AI website, including trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by House of AI.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DictFlow is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors. Always review important text before sending.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may stop using DictFlow at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DictFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
